When using this service to find a buyer for your vehicle or a vehicle you can buy, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would in selling a car through, a dealer auction or responding to, a classified ad in the newspaper. By using this service to search for a vehicle to buy, you agree to the Buying a Car terms and conditions. Those who offer vehicles for sale over WasatchCars.com should be prepared to sell the vehicles they advertise at the prices at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. They must have possession of the actual vehicles listed and the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for sale on WasatchCars.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. Sell Your Car for free listings are available only to private sellers who want to list their vehicles for sale, consistent with the Sell Your Car terms and conditions. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website.
